These Terms and Conditions govern your use of proimageacademy.com, our online assessment, our calls and training content, and our text messaging program. By using this website, completing the assessment, or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Our services

Pro Image Academy provides photography business training, coaching, and community services, including a free online assessment, results and follow-up content based on that assessment, introductory calls such as the Fast Fix call, and paid programs and community memberships such as our Skool community. The details, price, and availability of any paid offer are stated on the page where that offer is made.

The assessment and your results

The assessment gives general educational guidance based on the answers you provide. Your scores and recommendations are educational only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or business advice, and they are not a guarantee of bookings, income, or any other result. Your results depend on your own work, market, and circumstances.

Bookings and calls

When you book a call, you agree to provide accurate contact information so we can confirm and remind you about the appointment. Booking pages and confirmations state how to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule a call if necessary and will notify you using the contact information you provided.

Payments

Paid offers are charged through third-party payment processors at the price shown at checkout. Any refund terms for a specific offer are stated on that offer's checkout or sales page, and those stated terms govern that purchase.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the website or our content for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute our training materials, videos, or documents except as an offer expressly allows.

This section describes our text messaging program. It is part of these Terms and Conditions and also serves as the program description for our text messaging registration.

What the program sends

Pro Image Academy (PALM CITY CLICK FIRM LLC) sends SMS messages to photographers who complete the online assessment at proimageacademy.com and check the consent box to receive texts. Messages include assessment results, call reminders and scheduling links, and occasional educational and promotional content about photography business training. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

How you opt in

You opt in by completing the assessment form at proimageacademy.com and checking the consent box to receive texts. The box is not checked in advance. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can complete the assessment and use our other services without agreeing to receive texts.

Confirmation message

After you opt in, you will receive a confirmation text along these lines:

Pro Image Academy: You're in. You'll get your assessment results, call reminders, and occasional training tips by text. Msg frequency varies, msg and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to end.

Cost, frequency, and opting out

• Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then no further texts, except as required to complete a request you made.

• Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of the account holder, to receive texts on the number you provide, and the number must be yours to use.

Intellectual property

The website, the assessment, our videos, guides, and other materials belong to PALM CITY CLICK FIRM LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Purchasing or accessing a program gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use its materials for your own business. It does not transfer ownership.

Disclaimers

The website and our content are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. Training and coaching involve effort and uncertainty. We do not promise or guarantee earnings, bookings, or business results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, PALM CITY CLICK FIRM LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website, the assessment, or our programs. Our total liability for any claim related to the website or a program will not exceed the amount you paid us for that program, or 100 dollars if the claim relates to a free service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its Last Updated date, and continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms.
